Amazing Alheri's Charity and Koby are taking their food downtown on the weekends! It was fun to see them in action and snag some photos of our recently improved downtown area. Charity and Koby are as in sync as ever - while catching up with friends and customers, Charity reminded Koby that the Jollof rice was done (based on intuition alone).

Amazing Alheri is a new small-business, owned and operated by one of the most wonderful people I've been able to call a friend. Charity is full life and her authentic African food is reflection of that spirit. Bold flavors, unique recipes, and colorful ingredients make her food special.
Her future is bright.
On a side note, food photography is the best when you can eat the food afterward.
